Empowering employees to improve their knowledge and skills - Increasing the company's productivity

The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competencies of the main staff at Rouvex AD. Its implementation will contribute to shaping the workforce towards quality and high-productivity labor. At the same time, the project will also respond to the staffing needs of acquiring professional standards and language or digital skills that will increase the capacity, motivation and productivity of the participants. The short-term and medium-term plans of Rouvex JSC, defining the objectives of the present project proposal, are relevant to OP 1 Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Work of the OP Human Resources Development and Specific Objectives of the IP 6 to Improve Lifelong Learning Opportunities, The knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as the promotion of flexible learning processes. In terms of the specific objectives of the EaP 6 are the objectives of the project to increase the ability of the employees to overcome the challenges related to the technological changes or the lack of modern professional or key skills. It is particularly important for the applicant that the project grant is 100%, as it is the main activity in the planning of the EU, where under other regulations and programs no 100% funding is foreseen. The project provides training for part of the profession of a total of 37 workers and acquisition of digital or foreign language competencies for 52 employees. They will provide access to quality training, motivate lifelong learning, invest in learning new knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-value, decent work, and reward. Achieving the expected results for improved occupational and key knowledge and skills of the staff will also contribute to enhancing competitiveness, financial and market position, and the possibility of opening new jobs.
