Upgrading the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees in LFS LTD

The implementation of this project will help LFS Ltd. fulfill the need to improve the qualification of the employed, where the proficiency in professional skills becomes a condition for quality, competitiveness and high standard of work. We envision the execution of vocational training of 106 students. Employees by profession: Restaurant Specialist; Specialty: Catering and training of 11 persons in occupation 'Worker in catering and entertainment'; Specialty: 'Worker in the production of culinary products in restaurants and entertainment' The core business of LFS ltd is • Corporate Catering • Organization of nutrition in enterprises • Organization of feeding children in schools and kindergartens • Catering to patients and staff of medical establishments • Catering for residents in social institutions • Party and Event Management • Food production - Frozen meals - RTE Meals (Ready To Eat Meals) - Chilled foods - Foods cooked under pressure - Sterilized foods and food products - Foods under a modified atmosphere - Foods prepared by low-temperature technology, etc. The company employs 408 employees of which: With higher education - 28; Average - 209; Primary education - 25; No education - 62 persons; Over 54 years - 84 persons. Employees over 54 are 5 with higher education, 55 with average, 6 with primary, and 18 without education. Strict adherence to the requirements of the procedure motivates us to engage and include in the training persons meeting the following specific criteria - employed and having a lower education level than ISCED 4 (do not have higher than average education), persons over the age of 54 will also be included. The professions fully meet the requirements for acquiring new skills and competencies covering the job descriptions of each of the jobs.
