ZOBELE BULGARIA LTD, as part of ZOBELE GROUP, was founded in the second half of 2007 and specializes in the production of insecticides, air fresheners and other products in the field of home and pet care that are offered in business to business B2B) on the market. The development of the company and the need of increase the quality of the workforce and the development of the human capital in ZOBELE BULGARIA LTD leads to the idea of ​​increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of the employed by: - providing vocational training; - providing key competence training. Activities planned under the project include: Organization and management; Information and communication; Providing vocational training for acquiring professional qualification; Training to acquire key competencies and Assess the effectiveness of the trainings and achievements. The project's activities aim improving the quality of education and adapting training to the needs of the labor market to build a knowledge-based economy, i.e. the productivity of the enterprise and the competitiveness of the enterprise to be enhanced by sustainable training of employees and encouraging investment in the development of human resources. The financial position of the company is stable. There is a financial resource, which is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the envisaged activities. The implementation of the project will increase the quality of the workforce and the development of human capital; Adaptability of employed older workers who need motivation and increase their competitiveness. The project also aims to increase investment in human resources development in order to achieve greater flexibility and internal mobility of the workforce and to promote the practice of lifelong learning.
