Enhancing skills and improving labor productivity by providing training for professional qualification and acquisition of key competencies for the employees in the companies Kitartas Ltd. and Amber Ltd.

The implementation of the project proposal will satisfy the needs of enhancing the digital competences and professional qualifications of the employees in the companies - applicant and partner in the project, that will help create conditions for the continuous development of the employees' skills, achieve better competitiveness and high quality jobs. The target groups of the project proposal consist of persons employed in micro-enterprises of the applicant and partner who are eligible for employment in priority sectors of the economy, employees with not higher than secondary education, and persons over fifty-five years. The objectives of the project proposal are to increase the ability of employees to meet the changes in the labour market and to contribute to the adequacy of their skills in line with the current needs of the business, improving the productivity of their work and creating conditions for sustainable employment. The results expected from the implementation of the project proposal are related to the improved qualification of the participants and the continuous development of their skills in order to be competitive with the needs of the labour market. This will contribute to the personal professional development of individuals as well as to the improvement of the activity of the employing companies and hence in a wider economic context. The relevant activities and measures that will be implemented in order to achieve the outcomes are contained in conducting digital competency training for all persons in the target groups and two trainings on the professional qualification of the employees in the respective fields according to the positions held in the companies of the candidate and the partner.
