Investing in and qualification increase of the employees in bEYE Ltd.

The integration of the Bulgarian labor market into the European Single Market, the rapid penetration of the new information and communication technologies and the ongoing restructuring processes of the national economy raise the question of the ability of the employees to face upcoming changes. In this respect, the employers' requirements towards the workforce in terms of working skills with new production, information and communication technologies, as well as, foreign language skills are constantly increasing. The objectives of this project address the main problem of this group - the lack of qualified jobs in the labor market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development. The target group are people employed in bEYE Ltd., which sphere of activity is in the priority sector with Code 62 Activities in the field of information technologies. The overall objective of the project proposal is to improve the ability of the employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market. Specific objectives: - Enhancement of the skills and competencies of the employees by conducting courses focused on the nature of the held positions. - Enhancement of the skills of the employees, increasing their career development opportunities, finding a more suitable role for them by conducting trainings tailored to their job. - Promoting the EU contribution and HRD OP. - Efficient and effective cost management, ensuring maximum performance against reasonable means. Basic activities: Activity 1: Training for Key Competences for Employees under the European Qualifications Framework for: KK 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages". Action 2: Training for Key Competencies for Employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence". Activity 3: Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed.
