Higher qualifications - higher professionalism

This project proposal is aimed at improving the professional qualification and acquiring key competencies of the employees on a labor contract in companies MEXICO-PE-PETER YORDANOV, ALPHA-M LTD, ET EMY - EMILIA PETROVA. This fully corresponds to the priorities set in HRD OP 2014 - 2020, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, upgrading the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce as well as promoting flexible learning processes, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competencies. In order to increase the educational level and professional and key competencies the following trainings are envisaged: 1. For the company ET MEXICO-PE-PETER YORDANOV: - Training of 10 persons in Specialty Hairdressing - II DPQ. - Training of 10 persons in the specialty Cosmetics - II DPQ. - Training of 20 Persons in Key Competency 2: Communicating in Foreign Languages. 2. For the company ALFA-M LTD: - Training of 10 persons in Operational Accounting - III DPQ. - Training of 10 Persons in Key Competency 2: Communicating in Foreign Languages; 3. For the company ET EMY - EMILIA PETROVA: - Training of 10 persons in the specialty Insurance and Insurance - III DPQ. - Training of 10 Persons in Key Competency 2: Communicating in Foreign Languages. The aim of the project is to increase the qualification and skills of a total of 40 employees in the three organizations. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conduct training to acquire key competencies. 3. Information and publicity. 4. Organization and management. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the actual needs of the companies. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Hire better quality jobs.
