Training for successful professional realization at Kamko EOOD

Camco is engaged in the import and wholesale trade of cosmetics and perfumery products and over 10 y is an official representative for Bulgaria and distributor of the products of leading manufacturers. technologies(internet sales)call for an improvement in the professional competence and suitability of the marketing and sales staff. Any support for the employers, through the"Employee Training"procedure, which aims to enhance the ability of employees to face the emerging labour market changes resulting from globalization, technological changes and the aging of the population, will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in this project proposal of the applicant are directed towards increasing the adequacy of the knowledge, skills and competence of employees of the company, at least 50% of whom are over 54 y of age or do not have education higher than secondary: 1.Provide training to 35 LE to acquire professional qualifications under specialty 3410401“Wholesale and retail sales” (IIIrd Degree of Professional Qualification),profession 341040“Sales representative”, from the professional field 341"Wholesale and retail trade” from the LPVET. 2.Provide training to 12 LE to acquire professional qualifications under specialty 3450401“Business - services”, profession 345040 “Assistant in Business services” (part of II-nd DFQ), 345 "Management and administration”from the LPVET. 3.Provide English language training-Key Competence 2"Foreign language teaching", according to the European Qualifications Framework to 44 LE. 4.Information and communication measures 5.Project organization and management
