Increasing the skills of the employees of "VINPROM - TROYAN" PLC

"VINPROM - TROYAN" JSC is a national leader in the production of natural fruit distillates and brandies.Over the years the company has developed steadily, becoming one of the leading companies in this branch on a national level. To achieve your goals The company realizes that people are the most valuable resource that needs to be constantly developed and motivated. It will be advantageous if the employees of the company can easily work with the necessary software as well as increase their ability and adaptability in order to meet the coming fast economic change in the business climate and staff requirements. The company wishes to provide 17 employees with a learning opportunity, acquire knowledge, skills, competences and then establish them in the process of work. Basic economic code of the company is 11.01 - "Production of spirits ", which is a priority sector for the economy.Through the project the company management decided to organize a vocational training course for 12 employees of the company.There will be training for profession - 541010 Technician - technologist in the food industry .A training course for acquiring key competencies will also be organized for 17 employees - a key competence 4 "Digital Competence" - work with spreadsheets. The project envisages the following activities: 1) Providing vocational training for acquiring or increasing professional qualification of employed persons, and 2) Training for acquiring the Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence". The necessary budget for the direct costs of the project is BGN 25850.00. Indirect costs are worth - 2585.00lv. The total amount of the project is: 28435,00 BGN. Project implementation deadline: 16 months.
