Enhancing the qualification of the employees in HRISEM 7 LTD and MONI - S 94 LTD for increasing the productivity of their work and creating conditions for sustainable growth

The project proposal is aimed at raising the qualification of the employees in HRISEM 7 SMLTD and MONI - S 94 LTD by acquiring knowledge and skills with which the staff members will be able to meet the challenges posed to the employers, namely: expanding the range of services they offer on the market in national and international terms. Increase the competitiveness of the companies, by increasing the labor productivity of the workers and creating the conditions for sustainable employment. HRISEM 7 LTD is a company, registered on 07.06.2016. At present, 15 employees are employed in the company. MONI - S 94 LTD is a company registered on 01.03.2016. At present, 2 employees are employed in the company. The project will enable employees to increase their professional qualification and language skills, which is a prerequisite for providing better services to existing and potential clients in the country and abroad. Vocational training is part of the development strategy of HRISEM 7 LTD and MONI - S 94 LTD. The human factor is key in implementing the business, which is why it is extremely important for employers to invest in the knowledge and skills of their employees to meet the challenges of the modern world and to create conditions for sustainable growth. The aim of the project is to increase the qualification of the employees in HRISEM 7 LTD and MONI - S 94 LTD by acquiring knowledge and skills to meet the challenges in the contemporary conditions and enchance the productivity of their labor. It will be achieved by: providing vocational training for acquiring the professional qualification of the employees in HRISEM 7 SMLTD and MONI - S 94 LTD as well as training for acquiring key competences - Key Competence 2 "Communication In foreign languages".
