Increasing the qualification of the employees in Efes Bags 2013 EOOD

Efes BAGS LTD was founded in 1999. The company is a leader in the Bulgarian market in the production of sewing bags and packaging, both for bed linen and home textiles, as well as for various promotional items. The wide range of packaging allows the company to meet the needs of manufacturers from different industries, in particular those from the textile industry producing bed linen, pillows, blankets, upholstery, terry toweling and knitwear. The company offers environmentally friendly reusable non-woven textiles replacing non-static nylon bags.At present, much of our production is exported to the European markets.The management of the company is fully aware of the fact that the human resource is the most important capital for the enterprise. Having this in mind, company, is constantly working for raising the qualification of its employees. Considering the growing business of the company and the necessity of increasing the qualification of its employees, the management of company took the decision to apply for the current procedure. The main objective of the project proposal is raising the qualification of the company’s employees. As a result, the company will raise its competitiveness, which will result in its income growth and raise of the salaries of its employees, from which they will be directly benefited. In order to achieve this objective the following project activities will be implemented: 1.Providing training on increasing of professional qualifications and acquisition of new Qualifications for employed people; 2.
