Training Employees at Expert Security EOOD

With professional responsibility, honesty and loyalty Expert Security EOOD provides its customers – both Bulgarian and foreign physical and legal persons - with quality security services and guarantees their safety and peace of mind. The company provides security and signaling - security activities for property, events, valuable parcels and cargoes and personal security. The dynamics in the development of the sector and the introduction of new methods, technical solutions and auxiliary security aids imply increasing the professional competence and suitability of the employees involved in the provision of security services. Any support for the employers, through the BG05M9OP001-1.021 "Employee Training" procedure, which aims to enhance the ability of employees to face the emerging labour market changes resulting from globalization, technological changes and the aging of the population, will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in this project proposal of the applicant are directed towards increasing the adequacy of the knowledge, skills and competence of employees of the company, at least 50% of whom are over 54 years of age or do not have education higher than secondary, namely: 1. Provide training to 49 labour agreement employees to acquire professional qualifications under specialty 8610101 “Bank security and encashment services” (IIIrd Degree of Professional Qualification), profession 861010 “Security guard”, from the professional field 861 "Security services” from the LPVET. 2. Provide English language training - Key Competence 2 "Foreign language teaching", according to the European Qualifications Framework to 49 labour agreement employees. 3.
