Training for "Stoyanov i sinove" EOOD Employees

With this project proposal the company aims to overcome problems related to the lack of qualification of some of the people employed at "Stoyanov i sinove" EOOD or related to the need their qualification to be improved. Thus the company is going to provide the employed the opportunity to adapt to the changes on the labour market by acquiring "usable" knowledge and skills and create the conditions for job sustainability and improvement of the quality of jobs. The target group of the project consists of 23 employees of "Stoyanov i sinove" EOOD who are directly involved in duties of the restaurant and the hotel. According to the Applicant Guide at least 50% of the target group are going to be persons above 54 years of age and or with secondary education or lower. Through the project proposal "Stoyanov i sinove" EOOD envisages to provide professional training for: Specialty: 8110801 Catering to public catering establishments; Specialty: 8110701 Manufacture of culinary products and beverages; Specialty: 8110201 Organization of Hospitality Services; Specialty: 8110301 Hospitality for 22 employees in the hotel and restaurant business. In addition English language training for 15 employees is also planned. Expected results are related with the project's objectives and the two activities planned: - Acquired or increased qualification for: PROFESSION Waiter-Bartender, Specialty: Catering to Catering Establishments of 7 employees; PROFESSIONAL Cooking, Specialty: Production of culinary products and beverages for 5 employees; PROFESSIONAL Hospitality Administrator, Specialty: Hospitality Service Organization for 7 employees; PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER, Specialty: Hospitality for 4 employees; - Enhanced competence to communicate in foreign languages ​​(English) to 15 employees; - Enhancement of career development opportunities; - Improve the quality and sustainability of jobs.
