Training for "Toplofikacia - Pleven" EAD Employees

With this project proposal the company aims to overcome problems related to the lack of qualification of some of the people employed at Toplofikacia-Pleven EAD or related to the need their qualification to be improved.Thus the company is going to provide the employed the opportunity to adapt to the changes on the labour market by acquiring "usable" knowledge and skills and create the conditions for job sustainability and improvement of the quality of jobs.The target group of the project consists of 97 employees of the company who are directly involved in the production of electricity,production and distribution of heat energy and in the administrative structure of the company.The company carries out its activities in the priority sectors of the economy. The company is going to provide vocational training for specialty 522040 Power Plant and Installer;5220401Thermal Power Engineering to 30 workers; specialty 346010 Office Manager,3460101 Business Administration to 13workers;522050 Operator of steam and water heating equipment, specialty: 5220501 Operation of steam and hot water equipment to 30workers;521090 Welding machine, specialty: 5210901 Welding for 5workers. Additionally, there is a training for key competence in communication in foreign languages-English language of 30workers,19 of which will be trained in English only, and the other 11 for professional training/3rd specialization Operation of steam and hot water equipment And 8 for Business Administration. The expected outcomes of the project implementation are: Acquired or increased qualification in the specialties, as follows: "Thermal energy" of 30employees; Business - administration of 13employees; "Operation of steam and hot water equipment" per 30employees; "Welding" to 5employees. Acquired or increased competence for communication in foreign languages (English) to 30 employees.
