FreeLine – the quality of workplaces in the name of merit labour

The project proposal corresponds to the priorities of HRD OP, procedure BG05M9OP001-1.021 "TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES" - COMPONENT II and Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Workplaces". The project will be realized in Sofia city. Activities in the project proposal 1. Providing training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons 2. Training in KC 2 "Communicating in Foreign Languages" 3. Activities for selecting contractors under Decree 160/2016 4. Activities for the project organization and project management 5. Activities for information and publicity The planned training activities be provided for 14 employees and will enhance their professional qualifications and key competences by acquiring new knowledge and skills. The high quality of the activities will achieves the planned results - 14 employees have graduated successfully. The current project will support the HRD OP in delivering higher and higher quality employment and is in line with the Lisbon strategy. The implementation of the core activities will enable the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce to be updated, as well as the promotion of flexible learning processes, including through professional orientation and validation of acquired competencies. The implementation of the activities and the achievement of the main and specific objectives of the project. It will also supports the achievement of the specific objectives of the procedure: to increase the number of employees over 54 with acquired and improved professional qualification and key competencies. In that way the project will increase in the number of people with secondary and lower education who have acquired new skills. The activities for information and publicity wil in line with the Beneficiary's Handbook and information and communication rules. All horizontal principles of the HRD OP are set and respected in the project and activities
