"Employee Training at MAL-MUK HOME JsC. and MAL MUK 4 Ltd."

The main goal of the present project "Employee Training at MAL-MUK HOME JSC. and MAL MUK 4 LTD." is to increase the professional qualification and the skills for communication in foreign languages ​​of the employees as sales consultants of "MAL-MUK HOME JSC." and "MAL MUK 4" Ltd. In order to achieve this goal it is planned to include them in professional training by profession Sales consultant and Key Competency Training "Communication in foreign languages". In drawing up this project proposal were taken into account the needs of the company and the specific identified needs of the target group, namely: quality and long-term employment, learning to fill the position, motivation to work, communication with clients in a foreign language. Through the implementation of its specific objective, the project will contribute to the motivation and competitiveness of the employees and thus to the efficiency of their work in accordance with the dynamic working environment. The companies aim to realize the following main activities of the project: Activity 1: Conducting of professional training of the employees in MAL-MUK HOME JSC. and MAL MUK 4 LTD.; Activity 2: Conducting of Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" at MAL-MUK HOME JSC. and MAL MUK 4 LTD. The target group in the project proposal will be the employees in the two companies of the work position "Selles consultant", which are 45 people. The following measurable results will be achieved through the realization of these activities: - 45 employees in the two companies will be trained in a second qualification degree in the profession "Sales consultant", speciality "Seles consultant", code 341020. - 45 employees in the two companies will be trained in Key Competency 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English.
