Training opportunities for employees in MAT ltd.

The purpose of this project proposal is to provide training opportunities that will form new knowledge and skills for “MAT” employees. The project focuses on the implementation of planned trainings, which will create the conditions for sustainable employment of the employees in the company. The implementation of the project will help integrate one of the most vulnerable groups into the labor market, namely people with a lower level of education than ISCED 4. The project complies with the rule that at least 50% of the target group is of low education. Providing opportunities for training to acquire professional qualification will increase the adequacy of the skills of the employed in the company according to the current needs of the business, increase the productivity of their work and create the conditions for sustainable employment and respectively occupation of higher quality work places. Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the two planned training courses for acquiring professional qualification. Training is planned for 55 persons by profession 521030 "Machine operator", specialty 5210301 "Metal cutting machines" from a second qualification degree and training for 10 persons by profession 521010 "Machine technician", specialty 5210117 "Manufacturing Technologies". Within the framework of the project, training is provided for 65 persons working in the company and the expected results from their transitions are: - to increase the adequacy of the employees's skills according to the current needs of the business, - to increase the productivity of their work; - to create conditions for sustainable employment and, respectively, the occupation of better quality jobs. The activities and planned results thus identified corresponds and falls within the scope of the objectives set out in Priority Axis 1, Investment Priority N=6 of the HRD OP 2014-2020.
