Implementation of the project proposal will enable employees to gain access to new knowledge in their specific profession. Employees will receive modern techniques to deal with various senties that occur on a professional basis.Satisfying this need is one of the main goals of the project. Through the implementation of the activities envisaged under the project: 1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training; 2. Choosing a training organization; 3. Conducting training in "Computer Systems Technician" specialty "Computer Technology and Technologies" It will be possible to achieve the overall objective of the project. The expected results from its implementation are increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness.
