Conducting training to raise and acquire new knowledge and skills for employees

Implementation of the project proposal will enable employees to gain access to new knowledge in their specific profession. Theoretical and practical knowledge of the qualitative performance of the assigned tasks. Skills to validate what has already been learned and to give new ones. Knowledge is the highest form of development and as such is vitally necessary in all spheres. Employees will receive modern techniques to deal with various senties that occur on a professional basis.Satisfying this need is one of the main goals of the project. Through the implementation of the activities envisaged under the project: 1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training; 2. Choosing a training organization; 3. Conducting training in "Computer Systems Technician" specialty "Computer Technology and Technologies" It will be possible to achieve the overall objective of the project. The expected results from its implementation are increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness. The target group to be included in the project is 65 employees in the applicant company, with at least 50% of them meeting at least one of the requirements: not to have higher than average education and / or to be old Over 54 years old During the implementation of the project and its activities, the Applicant will use the experience gained over the years in the implementation of such activities and will monitor the strict observance of the horizontal principles of the HRD OP - equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development .
