Training of employees in Mars Armor Ltd.

The "Training of Employees in MARS ARMOR" Ltd. has as its main objective "To increase the efficiency of the employed persons in MARS ARMOR Ltd. by enhancing the professional qualification and the key communication in English". To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: - Specific objective 1. To provide the opportunity to form new knowledge and skills by acquiring additional professional qualification of a total of 108 employees in a promising and specific field of professional realization, such as the production of ballistic protection means. - Specific objective 2. Improve the knowledge and communication in English of a total of 26 persons employed by MARS Armor Ltd. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting trainings for improving the professional qualification of the employed persons in "MARS ARMOR" OOD; 2. Conducting training on key foreign language competence of employees employed in the administration of MARS ARMOR OOD; By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: - A total of 108 persons employed in different positions in the production and part of the administration of MARS ARMOR Ltd. will increase their professional qualification in three specialties from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd qualification degree important for the effective and specific implementation of Their professional duties. - 26 officials from the administration will undergo Key Competency "Communication in a Foreign Language" - three levels of English language learning; As a result of the implementation of the project activities will be ensured sustainable and quality employment of the employees of MARS ARMOR Ltd. and more opportunities for professional development and career development of the trained persons.
