Training for success

The main objective of the project is to increase the ability of the employees of Ozeks LTD. to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, aging. Specific objectives of the project: - Raising the skills of the employees by providing training to 72 employees of "Ozeks" LTD for acquiring the first, second and third DPQ in the specialty 5420501 "Manufacture of textile apparel",specialty 5420401 „Design, modeling and technology of textile apparel“,specialty 5421101 „Tailoring“. Project target groups: The target group of this project is employed in a medium-sized enterprise, employees working under an employment relationship in the candidate - "Ozex" LTD. A total of 72 employees of the 79 employees of the company will be included in the project activities. Over 50% of the persons to be enrolled in training are of the following specific categories: • Higher educational attainment lower than ISCED 4 - out of the 72 planned project participants, 55 have secondary education, 10 have primary education. • Age over 54 years - 10 employees part of the project target group are over 54 years of age. Main activities to achieve the project objectives: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons; and 2. Training for the acquisition of key competences of employees according to the European Qualifications Framework of the KC 4 "Digital Competence" Expected outcomes: 72 participants in the project successfully completed the training for VT and KC and acquired a set of knowledge and skills to perform different work operations with increased labor productivity or respectively increase in the level of wages; Acquiring basic and specific digital competences as a guarantee of full participation in labor and social life in the future.
