Professionalism through training in MiBM Express Ltd.

The project proposal is aimed at raising the qualification of 277 employees by conducting trainings and acquiring professional qualification and key competencies of employees under the employment relationship at MiBM Express Ltd. 31 of them are included in two training courses - professional qualification and key competency. The project will deliver productivity, motivation and career development. The activities, included in the project proposal are: I.Professional qualification: 1. 1st degree of professional qualification - "Driving a vehicle for public transport" of 17 persons; 2. 1st degree of professional qualification- "Cashier" of 28 persons. Both training sessions are less than 300 hours /45 min./-Theory - 90 hours and Practice -210 hours; 3. Second degree, part of the profession of professional qualification - "Logistics of goods and services" -165 persons; 4. Second degree, part of profession of professional qualification - "Fitter of transport equipment" - 17 people; 5. Second degree, part of the profession of professional qualification - "Sales consultant" - 7-member; All three trainings are with less than 300 hours. /45 min./, Of which: Theory -120 students and Practice -180 hours. II. Training in Key Competence 2 "Communication of foreign languages" to 34 persons in English with a duration of 300 hours /45 min/. III.Training in Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" of 40 persons with a duration of 45 hours /45 min/. Activities, which are 10% of direct costs: - organization and management of the project; - information and communication, meeting the requirements of the Beneficiary's Unified Handbook for the implementation of the information and communication rules 2014-2020. The trainings will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the National legislation. Successful graduates will be issued a document certifying the acquired professional qualification and a certificate of the passed key competence.
