Improving adaptability of employees by participating in training for acquiring professional qualifications and key competencies

This project proposal will provide an opportunity for the employees of BERS LOGISTICS FRESH LTD to acquire new or expand their knowledge and skills by acquiring professional qualification (PQ) and key competencies (KC). After the training, the employees will increase and adapt their skills to the current needs of BERS LOGISTICS FRESH LTD. This will facilitate their adaptation to the working conditions and will create an opportunity for better career development, increase their PQ and their knowledge in foreign languages. In the long run, by providing employees with the opportunity to acquire new or improve their professional knowledge and skills, the project will provide prerequisites for continued employment and will improve the quality of life of the target group. The achievement of the objectives and results of the project will be carried out through the following activities: 1. Providing training to acquire or enhance the employees' unit in BERS LOGISTICS FRESH LTD. 2.Training for the acquisition of KC 2 of the employees in BERS LOGISTICS FRESH LTD. The current project provides access to high quality training for employees, which in turn will lead to better career development opportunities, employment protection and prevention of the risk of exclusion of vulnerable groups on the labor market (people with secondary and lower education ) Increase in labor productivity and hence in quality of life. The project provides opportunities for employees to engage in trainings that will be conducted in accordance with modern learning trends and, in addition to acquiring PQ and language competences, will also contribute to the personal growth of learners. Quality training will invariably contribute to meeting the needs of The candidate company for building a knowledge-based economy and developing the potential of the employees, which is part of the BERS LOGISTICS FRESH LTD's personnel policy.
