Acquisition and upgrading of key competencies of employees at DAVID HOLDING AD

In the recent years, in our country, more and more companies, regardless of types of economic activity, are paying attention to skills development of their employees. This is the main advantage of DAVID HOLDING Co for the lack of personnel turnover. Our project "Acquisition and upgrading of key competencies of the employees of DAVID HOLDING Co" is oriented at 46 employees in the company, focusing on developing their knowledge and skills by acquiring and building key competencies. The strategic objective of our company is to increase the competitiveness of our human resources through specialized continuous training plans in accordance with the rapid technological changes in the labor market. As a result, the adequacy of our employees' skills and the productivity of their work will enhance, and the company will become a preferred place for long-term work in Kazanlak and Sofia. The qualification and motivation of our employees is an important factor for the sustainable competitiveness of our company in the two regions. The target of our project proposal is to increase the ability of the employees in the company to meet the rapid changes in the labor market through specific trainings. Achieving the goal is possible by providing training to 46 employees, namely: Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" and Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence". With the implementation of the project activities, the following results will be achieved: 13 of the employees in the company will undergo foreign language training and 33 employees will enrich their knowledge of Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence". The training will contribute to improving the quality of work and productivity of the group, which will lead to higher motivation, personal satisfaction and self-confidence of the employees in the company.
