The company has built a wide network of offices throughout the country. Since its inception, we have taken care of responding to all the specific needs of people with disabilities by providing them with high-quality products and professional service. The company's management realizes that human resource is the most important factor in offering products to people with specific Needs. The Company is constantly making efforts to improve the qualifications of its employees. In connection with the expansion of the company and the need to increase the qualification of the employees, the management of the company decided to apply for this procedure. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the qualification of the employees in the company. As a result, the competitiveness of the company will increase, which in turn will lead to an increase in revenues, from which direct Employees will be favored by raising their wages. The actions through which the target will be achieved are: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons; 2.
