Increasing the professional capabilities of employees of Slavyanka EAD

The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" - to improve the quality of life of the people in the NRA by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education And lifelong learning and enhancing social inclusion. Through the project activities, the training of 91 employees will be improved, which will contribute to the improvement of their employability. At the same time, the training for the applicant's employees will expand the company's capabilities and capacity to manage EU funded projects. The priorities of this project directly correspond to the priorities set out in Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and the Quality of Workplaces" and Area of ​​Intervention 117 by enhancing the professional qualification and training on key competencies of a total of 91 persons. The implementation of the activities set out in the project will lead to the development of capacities and increase the adaptability of the workforce to changes in working conditions and according to the needs of the labor market. Ensuring the sustainable employment of 91 people in a delicate sector such as the production of cardboard and paper products will increase the self-confidence of the target group's representatives. The development of the country's economy requires new working skills to achieve competitiveness under open market conditions. This project aims to give a chance to the project's employees by giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. The trainees will become a competitive workforce, which guarantees the achievement of sustainability and European quality and productivity. For the successful implementation of the planned activities, the ESF financial support is relied on through the "Training for Employed Persons" procedure under OPDHR.
