Training for employees of the Medical Center - Dr. Haivazov Ltd.

The project "Training for employees of the Medical Center - Dr. Haivazov" Ltd. aims at strengthening the competitiveness of the workforce at company, regional and national level and achieving a higher quality of life by increasing labor productivity and adaptability of the employed persons to modern market conditions. Through the implementation of the planned activities related to the training will be answered both the strategic objectives of MC "Dr. Haivazov" EOOD for development of the center and the operational objectives for realization of the individual needs of the employees for motivation and professional development. The identified needs for improving the organization of work in the center, increasing the employer's requirements towards employees with regard to their knowledge and skills are the prerequisite for the creation and implementation of a systematic training program that develops and builds key staff techniques and skills . Within the framework of the project will be covered 11 healthcare workers from the center, who will be given the opportunity to increase their qualification in the direction “Social work and counseling ", the profession of "Assistant social activities”- code 762020 (960 hours.) – 8-th employers and KK 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages - English" (300 hours)- 11 employers. At least 50% of the trainees will be from the following group: Have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4. Through the implementation of the planned activities, staff qualifications will be enhanced and they will be given the opportunity to acquire important and key competencies directly related to their day-to-day work. At the end of the project, it is expected to improve the suitability of staff to work processes and better performance of their engagement.
