Foreign language trainings for employees in Caproni JSC

Caproni SA was established in 1991. and it is well renown in the domestic and international market for its hydraulic components and systems. The company mainly operates in the green economy: Code 28.12 Manufacture of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic engines. 95% of the products are exported to 35 countries worldwide. The strongest presence is in Germany with 20% of the export and in Italy with 29% of the export. Germany, Italy and the rest of Europe account for 82% of the market. Many of the employees in Caproni AD (technologists, constructors, traders, representatives of quality control) have to participate in frequent meetings with foreign clients on their and our territory, telephone conversations, e-mail correspondence, development of technological projects, reliance on technical assignments and auditing by customers. During the telephone conversations or meetings that take place on the company's premises or at the client's, are discussed the items to be developed (technical documentation) and manufactured, as well as all other conditions are negotiated. This communication takes place in German, Italian or English, depending on the origin of the client. In addition, audits from foreign clients are conducted in English. All this requires foreign language skills by a large number of company staff. In this connection, the project envisages to provide training on: Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English, Italian and German. The aim of the project is to increase the ability of the employees in Caproni AD to meet the needs of the work to communicate freely in foreign languages ​​with the international clients and partners of the company in order to fulfill their daily duties adequately and at the needed level. In this way, their competencies will also be improved and will be more adaptable to the labor market.
