Improvement of the access to employment and the quality of the workplaces through the training of the employees of "Moni Group - 2012" Ltd.

The main activity of the company is other courier and postal services. "Moni Group - 2012" Ltd. offers and deals with courier services and delivery of parcels in the area of ​​Zavoiya village, Kirkovo and the region. The management of the company realizes that human resources are the most important for an enterprise, especially in the business of contacting and servicing customers. "Moni Group - 2012" Ltd. constantly strives to increase the qualification of its employees. In connection with the expansion of the company and the need to improve the qualification of the employees, the management of the company decided to apply under this procedure. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the professional qualification of the employees in the company. The actions through which the target will be achieved are: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of eleven persons employed; 2. Training to acquire Key Competencies in "Communication of Foreign Languages" to eleven employees; The expected result of a training courses that employees acquire all the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their daily tasks, build trust between management and employees and motivation for development. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for acquiring professional qualification, training for acquisition of communicating in a foreign language for 11 employees of permanent employment contract, which do not fall under priority sector, but over 50% of them have completed a degree lower than ISCED 4 (do not have education higher than average). For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
