Training for the employees of I V CEILINGS LTD

This project proposal is aimed at increasing the chances of people employed by I V CEILINGS LTD to meet the changing labor market and to increase their qualifications, knowledge, skills and competences. Its implementation is directly related and it will contribute to the achievement of a Specific Objective 1 and Specific Objective 2 of Investment Priority 6 under Priority Axis 1 of the HRD OP. The main objective of the project is to increase the productivity and personal qualification of some of the employees and to increase their level of adequacy towards the labor market and their ability to cope with dynamic changes. The specific objectives are to provide some of the organization's employees with the opportunity to: - increase their level of qualification by conducting trainings - raising their level of qualification by conducting trainings for the acquisition of the CC - sustainable employment and extended working life, following the implementation of the above two objectives The expected results of the project implementation are to increase the qualification of the employees and to acquire new knowledge and skills from them, by which the persons will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current labor market and will meet the needs of the business and this will ensure them sustainable employment . The final result of the project implementation will be the creation of prerequisites for retaining the labor market and raising the possibilities for career development of the persons, increasing their incomes. The main activities of the project are: 1. Providing vocational training for acquiring a second qualification degree by profession Builder, specialty Indoor Facings and Flooring 2. Providing vocational training for the acquisition of a second qualification degree in the field of Small and Medium Business, specialty Small and Medium Business 3. Providing training for acquiring Foreign language communication of the employees of I V CEILINGS LTD.
