Improvement of the qualification skills of the employees of "Lina 07 - Vladimir Ivanov"

The main activity of the company is retail in non-specialized stores with various goods. The company offers additional services such as freight road transport, maintenance and repair of cars, as well as trade in light and light vehicles up to 3.5t. The management of the company realizes that human resources are the most important for an enterprise, especially in the business of contacting and servicing customers. "Lina 07 - Vladimir Ivanov" ET constantly strives to increase the qualification of its employees. In connection with the expansion of the company and the need to improve the qualification of the employees, the management of the company decided to apply for this procedure. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the professional qualification of the employees in the company. The actions through which the target will be achieved are: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of twenty-three employees; 2. Training to acquire key competences in "Communication of foreign languages" to twenty-three employees; The expected outcome of the training courses is that employees acquire all the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their daily tasks, build trust between leadership and employees and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for acquiring vocational training, foreign language training courses for 23 permanent employees who do not fall into the priority sector, but more than 50% of them have completed a lower education level Of ISCED 4 (do not have higher than average education). For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
