Training for employees in MIRAFIORI COLORI Ltd.

The project is aimed at providing training for acquiring and improving the professional qualification of persons employed in Mirafiori Colori EOOD. The management of the company is constantly striving to raise the knowledge and skills of its employees, to create sustainable employment and to offer increasingly high quality jobs. The company offers highly reputable service activities for maintenance and repair of vehicles, as well as offering the best on the market diagnosis of the most profound problems. Mirafiori Colori EOOD does not stop developing and the need for qualified staff at all times is of the utmost importance for the achievement of short- and long-term goals. The present project will enable the employees of Mirafiori Colori EOOD to acquire professional qualification for the implementation of activities that are of the current need in the company. The target group of this project is 11 employees working under a labor contract in the company, 8 of which are persons with a lower education level than ISCED 4 (no higher than average education). Within the framework of the project proposal are planned for realization: Activity 1: Provide vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of 11 employees of the target group and Activity 2: Training to acquire key competencies of 2 employees of the target group according to the European Qualification. Key Competency Framework 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" and Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" - the result is the acquisition of knowledge and skills in English for 1 employee and training for working with basic word processing programs, creating tables, databases and Etc. for 1 person. As a result of the implementation of the project activity, the adequacy of the target group's skills will be increased in line with the actual needs of the enterprise. The project will also contribute to the implementation of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region.
