"Improving the skills and competencies of the employed persons in II MHAT - Sofia JSC and partner IV MHAT - Sofia JSC"

The implementation of the present project proposal is a crucial necessity for the employed persons employed on the labor contract in II MHAT - Sofia JSC and the partner IV MHAT - Sofia JSC as it is aimed at solving a significant problem for them - increasing the ability of the employees in the two companies Individuals to meet the rapid changes in the labor market and the current needs of the target medical institutions. In order to increase adaptability to changing living and working conditions, and in line with the established needs and the position occupied by each of the persons in this project, the necessity of providing vocational training and key competencies training arises. As a result of the implementation of the present project, 83 employees of the two companies will undergo training for acquiring a vocational qualification in the field of "Caregiver", as a result of which their adequacy and skills will be increased in line with the current needs of the medical establishments. This, in turn, will lead to increased labor productivity, creating conditions for sustainable employment and the employment of better quality jobs. To meet the ever-increasing requirements and skills to work with new information and communication technologies and their knowledge of foreign languages, 361 employees from both healthcare establishments will undergo key competency training 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and 4 " Digital Competence ". Providing appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to retaining and enhancing career development opportunities for employees in companies. None of the employees included in this project proposal has completed the planned training for another project and / or program financed under the HRD OP, the state budget or any other public source.
