Improving employee knowledge and skills - Ensuring higher performance and success for the company

The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competencies of the main staff in the company "Rock Materials" AD. Its implementation will contribute to shaping the workforce towards quality and high-productivity labor. At the same time, the project will also meet the needs of staff to acquire professional and language skills that will increase the motivation and productivity of the participants. The short-term and medium-term plans of the company, defining the objectives of this proposal, are relevant to OPE 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Work" of OPHRD and the specific objectives of EIA 6 to improve lifelong learning opportunities, , Skills and competences of the workforce, as well as the promotion of flexible learning processes. In terms of the specific objectives of the EaP 6 are the objectives of the project to increase the ability of the employees to overcome the challenges related to the technological changes or the lack of modern professional or key skills. The project provides training for part of the profession of 86 workers and acquisition of foreign language competencies for 86 employees. They will provide access to quality education, motivate lifelong learning, invest in learning new knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-value, decent work and remuneration. Achieving the expected results for improved occupational and key competencies of staff will also contribute to enhancing competitiveness, financial and market positioning, as well as the possibility of opening new jobs. With the financial support under the "Training of Employees" procedure, OPHRD will achieve the expectations for improved professional and key competences, opportunities for career development of the trained persons, as well as for the increased competitiveness, financial and market position of the participating company.
