Providing employee training in the Radex RR

The project proposal is aimed at the group of employees in the company occupying different positions with secondary or lower education, who need additional qualification to answer both the employer's need and the occupation. A large number of people have secondary or lower education, which does not correspond to the position they occupy. The issues with this group are: - Lack of up-to-date education and professional qualifications resulting from a gap between the needs of the business and the offered specialties from education, which is an obstacle, both in finding a new job and in retaining the present. - Need for additional qualification - Danger of dismissal by the current employer; - Lack of competitiveness on the labor market - Low motivation and lack of satisfaction. The main objective of the project proposal by Radex RR is through the implementation of the project to increase the ability of the employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market due to structural factors such as globalization, technological change and the aging of the population that can not easily acquire skills to work with the new technologies used in the workflow. The first specific goal the company has set up is to increase the skills of its employees by conducting training to upgrade their skills to suit the sophisticated skills of each particular position occupied in the company. The second specific goal for the company is to increase the skills of its employees by conducting training on key competencies and in particular Digital Competence, which is lacking in current employees of the company. The company's management has extensive experience in implementing programs funded by the ESF and the Employment Agency. The company will also appoint an experienced supervisor to help implement the activities set out in the project proposal.
