Training of employees in EURO ECO BUILD Ltd

The project's aim is to increase the ability of the target group's representatives (38 employees in EURO ECO BUILD Ltd.) to meet the evolving labor market changes, the ever-increasing requirements of the company's clients and of the company itself as employer for their qualifications, skills and labor productivity. The specific objectives of the project are: * the target group's representatives to acquire professional qualification in the field of construction; * the target group's representatives to acquire skills to communicate in a foreign language. The activities envisaged within the project are: * Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons; * Training for Key Competencies for Employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 2 "Foreign Language Communication". The results of the implementation of the project activities are: * 32 employees in EURO ECO BUILD Ltd. acquired professional qualification in the field of construction; * 38 employees in EURO ECO BUILD Ltd. acquired the skills to communicate in English. As a result of the project, the target group's representatives will increase their skills and competences and will develop wider knowledge and skills, which in turn will increase their labor productivity and their competitiveness on the labor market. As the skills and competences acquired by the target group are directly related to their responsibilities in the company and to its needs and development strategy, they will be a condition for their sustainable employment in the company. At the same time, the competitiveness of EURO ECO BUILD Ltd will increase in the market of construction services, both on Bulgarian and European level.
