Training for employees in MIG 23 LTD

The project proposal reffer to the needs of the target group in terms of quick and easy adaptation to the increased demands of the labor market as a result of technological and demographic changes, through a general level of qualification and competitiveness in the labor market, social cohesion in terms of social - their economic status and development, while being an expression of the need for a skilled workforce tailored to the actual needs of the particular employer in order to increase the level and productivity Of employees, as a guarantee for the successful development of the company. Last but not least, the aim of the project is to reveal further prospects for the target group for career development, ensuring sustainable employment and stable income. This will be accomplished through the acquisition of professional qualification and key competencies by 60 representatives of the target group of employees of MIG 23 Ltd. through the following activities: Activity 1 - Providing vocational training; Action 2 - Providing training to acquire key competences; Target audience: A total of 60 persons employed on MIG 23 EOOD, a medium-sized enterprise operating in the priority sector of a green economy with code 27.12 under NACE Expected results: Employed persons who have gained professional qualification in a profession 522010 Electrical engineering, specialty 5220102 Electricity - minimum 60 persons Employees who have successfully completed KC2 "Communication in a foreign language" - at least 60 persons - 30 persons for English (A1, A2 and B1 levels) and 30 German (A1, A2 and B1).
