The project is aimed at providing training for improving the professional qualification of persons employed in Metalica Ltd. The management of the company is constantly striving to raise the knowledge and skills of its employees, to create sustainable employment and to offer ever higher quality jobs. The company offers manufacturing of metal constructions and a wide range of metalworking, metal-cutting, design and construction-assembly activities. Metalica Ltd. does not stop developing and the need for qualified personnel at any moment is of the utmost importance for the achievement of their short and long-term goals. The present project will enable the persons employed in Metalika Ltd. to acquire professional qualification for the implementation of activities that are of the current need in the company. The target group of the current project is 33 employees working under a labor contract in the company, with 32 persons having completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 (they do not have higher than average education) "and 6 of them fall under the category" Employed persons over 54 years of age ". Within the framework of the project proposal is planned for realization Activity 1: Providing vocational training for acquiring or increasing the professional qualification of employees from the target group. As a result of the implementation of the project activity, the adequacy of the target group's skills will be increased. The project will also contribute to the implementation of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region.
