The investments in the human capital of TICKET Ltd - another step on the way to development and higher competitiveness.

The project proposal aims at providing access to training to increase professional qualification and acquiring key competencies of 12 of the company's employees to improve the quality of the workforce, which in turn will help to improve the quality of the services provided, the competitiveness of the enterprise and Will help build a team of trained staff responding to the increasing demands of consumers, the need for flexibility and professionalism in the work. It is envisaged to set up a management team to carry out a selection according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers 160/2016 of a contractor - a training organization licensed by NAVET for conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification of 12 of the employees of the company. Also, according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers 160/2016, a training organization will be selected to provide training for the acquisition of key competences for communication in a foreign language - foreign language teaching of 12 employees. In implementing the activities set out in the project, the necessary information and communication activities will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and requirements described in the Beneficiary's Unified Guide to Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules 2014-2020. Through the implementation of the activities set out in the project, the ability of the employees to meet the rapidly changing changes through access to lifelong learning will be enhanced. The knowledge, skills and competencies of the workforce will be updated, the number of employees with secondary and lower education, new knowledge and skills will increase, which in turn will contribute to improving access to employment and the quality of jobs and Will contribute to an increase in the number of highly skilled labor in response to a dynamically developing market economy and ever - increasing competition.
