Employee training and development in "Angel Stoilov-96" Ltd.

"Angel Stoilov - 96" Ltd. works in the field of mechanical machining of metals and is one of the biggest suppliers of steels in Bulgaria and the Balkans. The current project proposal is part of the strategy for achieving market stability and economic growth of the company by investing in human resources, through provision of training to acquire professional competencies across various metalworking sector-specific professions of 22 employees, which will enable the persons involved to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of trade, negotiation and contracting, in the work with the newly introduced in the production automated innovative manufacturing systems. The trainings will be for a profession and will be conducted according to the NAVET requirements. In addition, the project will provide training for 20 employees from the Marketing Department in key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - English, who communicate daily with international partners and clients of the company and having knowledge in English is of vital importance. All 42 employees included in the trainings represent 100% of the project target group, and have an education lower than ISCED 4 (no higher than high-school education). With the realization of the planned activities, the project aims to assist the employees of "Angel Stoilov - 96" Ltd. in the process of adaptation to the rapid changes in the labor market due to factors such as intensive work with foreign partners, rapid technological changes, penetration of innovations, etc. The trained individuals will improve their work quality and their professional competencies. As a result of the specific measures taken to promote flexible learning processes, the skills of the trained employees will be improved in line with the current needs of the metalworking business, the company's productivity will increase and will be created conditions for sustainable employment, career advancement and better and well-paying job positions.
