Training of employees in SBR – NK EAD

The project proposal of the unique company in the Bulgarian healthcare system "Specialized Hospitals for Rehabilitation – National Complex EAD" (SBR – NK EAD) is aimed at improving labor productivity and creating sustainable employment for the employees in the 13 specialized hospitals entering the complex through training's to increase the ability of their employees to meet the dynamic changes in the healthcare sector and the current needs of the healthcare establishments. Within the project 400 employed under an employment contract in SBR – NK EAD will undergo training on Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages." The project training's are fully in line with the needs of the applicant as an employer and the specifics of the activities of the 13 specialized hospitals in the system of the complex and are an integral part of the official duties of the representatives of the target groups. SBR-NK EAD is a leader in physical and rehabilitation medicine, using established medical standards, combined with natural resources. The 13 specialized hospitals for rehabilitation are located throughout the country in well-known spa resorts. The training's will be carried out by a contractor selected under ZOP on the conditions and procedures for determining the contractor by beneficiaries of grants given, and according to the instructions of the Guide for beneficiaries. Successful graduates persons with confirmed presence of at least 80% of the number of hours and passed a final test will receive a document certifying completed training in Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages." In order to successfully achieve the set indicators and results, organizational and management activities; information and communication of the project are also envisaged.
