More travels with smile

We believe in the principles of lifelong learning and therefore one of our main strategic goals is to provide upgrading and additional training. We have traditions in providing training to our employees, one of which is introductory training by department heads for newly employed, another – regular professional information upgrades with modern software programs for aviation and hotel reservation systems. Annual off-site motivational trainings are accepted with great enthusiasm. Suggestions for future training sessions are discussed after each of them. At the initiative of the team, we organized Italian and English language trainings, which took place in our school. The services we offer, besides attractiveness, require high quality, continuous upgrade and perfect communication with our partners so that the end customer can be satisfied and require them again. With this project offer, we respond to the needs of the dynamically developing tourism sector. In addition to specific vocational training, which is required for the sector's employees and which needs to be upgraded and refreshed, there is a growing need for widening of personal competences like: additional foreign languages, teamwork relations, abilities to handle "difficult customers", emotional intelligence, etc. We believe that this way we will add to our experience new professional knowledge of the specialty "Tourist Animation", which has a growing demanded among our customers. Studying Turkish and German will contribute to the direct contact with our partners. To achieve a smooth implementation of the contract and adherence to the principles of economy, efficiency, effectiveness, publicity and transparency, in line with best practices, we will set up a team to ensure operational implementation, ongoing and final reporting, monitoring, information compliance and public awareness.
