Through new skills for sustainable employment

The project “Through new skills for sustainable employment” is prepared in response to the needs of the partners of the project - TOP MAN EOOD, TOP MEN EOOD and RICHMART EOOD. The main objective of the project is to increase the skills of the project partners' employees according to the current business needs, to increase the productivity of their work and to create conditions for sustainable employment and high quality jobs. Specific objectives of the project are: - to increase the communication skills of 20 employees by organizing and conducting training to acquire a qualification in Key Competency 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages", -to increase the professional skills of 576 employeesq by organizing training for acquiring PQ in the profession 5420501 Production of textile apparel-II SPC, 5420401 Modeling and clothing technologist III SPC, 5421101 Tailor I SPC. - 6 employees to acquire skills to work with specialized software by presenting a Key Competency 4 "Digital Competence" training. The activities envisaged for the implementation and the achievement of the set objectives include organizing and conducting training for the acquisition of a I,II and III SPQ for 576 employees of the partners, employed in different positions, for PQ in the specialtys 5420501 "Manufacture of textile apparel", 5420401 „Design, modeling and technology of textile apparel“; profession „Tailor“, 5421101 „Tailoring“, as well as organizing and conducting training for acquiring key competences of employees according to the European Qualification framework: Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" key competency 4 "Digital competence" for employees for whom this is necessary. With the implementation of the project we expect to meet the identified needs of both the target group and the employers to provide staff with the skills adequacy in line with the current business needs.
