Qualified and motivated employees - a guarantee for a successful business

The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the OP "Human Resources Development" - to improve the quality of life of people by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education and learning through Life and enhancing social inclusion. Through the project activities, the improvement of the professional qualification of 29 employees will be ensured, which will contribute to the increase of their employability. At the same time, the training for the applicant's employees will expand the company's capabilities and capacity to manage EU funded projects. The priorities of this project directly correspond to the priorities set out in Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and Quality of Workplaces" and Area of ​​Intervention 117 by enhancing the professional qualification and training on key competencies of a total of 61 persons. The implementation of the activities set out in the project will lead to the development of capacities and increase the adaptability of the workforce to changes in working conditions and according to the needs of the labor market. Guaranteeing sustainable employment for 61 people in a delicate sector such as the production of cold, hot dishes and confectionery will increase the confidence of the target group's representatives. The development of the country's economy requires new working skills to achieve competitiveness under open market conditions. This project aims to give a chance to the project's employees by giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. The trainees will become a competitive workforce, which guarantees the achievement of sustainability and European quality and productivity. For the successful implementation of the planned activities, the ESF financial support is relied on through the "Training for Employed Persons" procedure under OPDHR.
