Increasing the qualification skills of the employees of "Vam Dor Mebel" Ltd.

The main objective of "Vam Dor Mebel" Ltd. is to optimize the work of the furniture production, which is the main economic activity. The solution that the management of the company finds in order to achieve this goal, is to train the staff of the company and to increase their professional qualification. The management of the company understands that the success of their business depends on the people who work in this company and represent it on the market. In order to be able to use rationally the time, financial, administrative and human resources, special knowledge, understanding of the tasks and training of the employees are necessary. The current project aims to increase the ability of the company's employees, who are a priority target group, to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of dynamic technological development, globalization, aging, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the objectives of OPHRD - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected outcome of the training courses is for employees to acquire all the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their daily tasks, build trust between leadership and employees, and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for acquisition of professional qualification and communication in foreign languages ​​intended for 18 permanent employees who do not belong to a priority sector but more than 50% of them have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 (Do not have higher than average education). For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
