Increasing the qualification of the personnel in Samokov - Borovets AD, Samokov - Borovets 21 AD and Samokov - Tourist Ltd

The project for qualification augmentation of personnel in “Samokov – Borovets” Ltd., “Samokov – Borovets 21” Ltd. And “Samokov-tourist” Ltd. will take place over a period of 17 months on the territory of the Sofia region, Samokov, r.c. Borovets and on the territory of the Burgas region, Nesebar, r.c. Sunny Beach, where the candidate and the project partners fulfill their activity. The main aim of the project is to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of the employed individuals in the companies , with secondary and lower education (under ISCED 4) and individuals above 54 years of age, which will contribute, on one hand, to the economic and sustainable development of companies and their competitiveness and, on the other hand, will have a positive impact on the personal development and satisfaction of the participants in the Project. The achievement of the main objective of the Project will be realized through the implementation of two activities - training in professional qualification (PQ), in the field of hotel, restaurant and tour operator activity, directly related to the work activity of the employees, as well as training on key competencies (KC) in the field of digital competency, for software and foreign language users, in line with the nationality of the clients that companies work with. By realizing the two activities of the Project, the main and specific objectives will be achieved: Activity 1: Providing professional training to acquire or improve professional qualifications in professions and specialties. Activity2: Training to acquire key competencies for employees. Activity 1 of the Project will include a total of 4 professions for acquiring I degree of professional qualification (PQD), 3 professions of II PQD and 3 professions from III PQD. Activit 2 of the project will include 2 key competences - KC2 "Communication in foreign languages", with an advanced study of German and English and KC4 "Digital Competence".
