Trainings for the employees of Timeks-BG Ltd.

"Timeks-BG Ltd." has more than 25 years of experience in the field of office equipment, servicing, office supplies, scanning and archiving of documents. Our clients are both representatives of international organizations, as well as Bulgarian companies. The subject of this project proposal is the training of 12 employees of the company in English language and specialized training. Priority will be given to acquiring and enhancing the professional qualifications and key competencies of employees with secondary educational qualification. The integration of the Bulgarian labor market into the European market, the rapid penetration of the new information technologies and the restructuring processes of the national economy raise the question of the employees’ ability to meet the coming changes. In this respect, the company, as an employer continuously increases the requirements for the workforce in terms of skills for working with new production technologies as well as foreign language skills. Enhancing the skills of the employees would have a positive impact in a wider economic and social context. Improving the skills of individuals is a process that would benefit all stakeholders - economic subjects, society, employers and each individual. Improving skills contributes to the successful realization of the persons in the labor market, their retention and specially to enhance their career development opportunities. Appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to the work, social and civic inclusion. They contribute to rapid cohesion in the EU context, which is based on mutual understanding, tolerance for diversity and active civil society. The improvement of the qualification of the employees of “Timeks-BG Ltd.” guarantees that the employees will be able to provide quality services to the citizens and the business and that the services provided will fulfill the contemporary requirements.
