Training of employees in CHISTOTA Ltd.

CHISTOTA Ltd. was established in 1995 in Bourgas. It is licensed with main economic activity 38.21 „Treatment and disposal of non-hazardous waste“, witch activity is included in the list of priority sectors under this procedure. The company operates with management systems in accordance with international standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. CHISTOTA Ltd. has multifunctional and reliable vehicles for the needs of waste management, with techniques and equipment that are environmentally friendly. For proper operation and maintenance of the modern equipment as well as compliance with the environmental requirements, the company needs qualified personnel. That is why the main priority of CHISTOTA Ltd . is its employees. The company management develops appropriate strategies, implements effective training and development methods for its employees, striving to successfully and adequately meet the ever changing economic conditions, consolidating their position on the market. As a natural continuation of this policy comes the inclusion of the employees in vocational and key competencies trainings. With the current project proposal, the company benefits from the opportunity to apply for subsidized training of 44 employees to enhance their professional qualification and acquisition of key competences under the European Qualifications Framework for Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" and Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence ". The implementation of the project will contribute for the sustainable employment of CHISTOTA Ltd. employees by enhancing their knowledge and skills with real commitment and professional integration, will increase their ability to meet the rapid changes in the labor market, such as technological changes and globalization, and it will ensure equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups, which is in line with the objectives of the procedure.
