Acquisition of professional qualification and communication in foreign languages ​​to the employees in STEARINOS Ltd.

The project Acquisition of professional qualification and communication in a foreign language of the employees in Stearinos Ltd. has as main objective: "To increase the professional qualification and competencies of the employees in Stearinos Ltd. by forming new professional knowledge, skills and key Competences for the more efficient performance of their duties. To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: 1. To create new professional knowledge and skills of the workers from the production unit of Stearinos Ltd.; 2. To improve the knowledge and skills for communication in English of employees from the production of Stearinos Ltd.; These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Acquisition of professional qualification of employees in Stearinos Ltd. 2. Conducting training on key competency "Communication in a foreign language" to employees of Stearinos Ltd. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: - A total of 70 persons employed in two different positions (General Worker in Industry - 65 persons and 5 Workers, Production) at the production unit of Stearinos Ltd. will acquire additional professional qualifications important for the effective performance of professional duties. - a total of 50 employees from the same two positions will undergo Key Competency "Communication in a Foreign Language" - three levels of English language learning; As a result of the implementation of the project activities, steady and quality employment of the employees of Stearinos Ltd. will be ensured and more opportunities for professional development and career development of the trained persons will be ensured.
