Job security and career development through education in "Moto Top" LTD

The current project proposal will be implemented by "Moto Top" LTD in an employer capacity. The company was established in 2005 in Veliko Tarnovo city and operates in the field of wholesale and retail. The company operates in sector G "Trade; Repair of automobiles and motorcycles" with NACE 45.31 "Wholesale of parts and accessories for cars". The project proposal includes measures to increase the knowledge of key competencies of 29 employees in the company. The focus of the project proposal is human capital development to adapt employees to rapid business and technology development. As a marketing strategy, the enterprise constantly adapts the services offered to the latest trends in the industry. The aim of the project is to improve the qualifications of employees and to retain their long-term staff who are threatened by the inadequacy of their knowledge and skills. In order to meet the objectives, the following activities will be implemented: 1) Training for Key Competencies for Employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 2 "Foreign Language Communication" for 29 persons employed on a labor contract; Total project cost: BGN 20 300 BGN, VAT excluded. Duration: 14 months The project budget doesn't entail project organization and management costs and costs for information and communication, according to the OP's rules to charge these costs ex-officio.
