"TRAINING FOR EMPLOYED PERSONS IN MAGI - LUXURY LTD."

MAGI - LUXURY LTD. is a company producing clothing exclusively for the external market of full-service and has the desire through the realization of the project to provide 42 quality and sustainable jobs for persons in the region of Bulgaria by including them in trainings for their qualification and Through the acquisition of key competency 2 "COMMUNICATION OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES". This will be achieved within the framework of the project. Selected persons will receive training under the Grant Scheme. 42 employees are expected to be trained, with more than half of them meeting one of the following requirements: persons have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 (do not have higher than average education). The applicant expects to achieve a long-term effect on the target group and the overall activity of the company after the realization of the project activities. The company will be given the opportunity to train people motivated to work, who require their workplace to train and to assert themselves as valuable cadres. By not only learning opportunities but also gaining additional knowledge and skills, they will continue to work as experienced staff to rely on. This project proposal is being developed at the time of a high unemployment rate and guarantees not only the inclusion but also the increase of the economic activity and integration of the risk groups in the labor market. This is one of the main problems of these people who have a positive impact on the project. The implementation of the project "TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES IN MAGI LUXURY EOOD" can solve the long-term problems related to the difficulties in the integration of low-skilled people into the labor market which will lead to long-term sustainability.
