MediaBasket training for employees

Mediabasket-training for employed personnel The aim of the project is to increase the ability of the employed personnel to the fast changes happening on the employment market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological changes, aging of the population. In response to those changes, within the frame of the project, trainings for the personnel of Mediabasket will be provided. In response the adequacy of their skills will increase according to the ongoing needs of Mediabasket, their productivity will grow accordingly and conditions for sustainable employment will be created leading to higher quality work position. Trainings dor 16 of Mediabasket's employees are foreseen Provision of professional training for acquiring or enhancement of qualification of employed personnel - professional strand 481 "computer science". profession 481010 "programmer" field: 4810101 "software insurance" Nationa qualification activity code - 3121-3008, class 2 Key competence 2 "Foreign languages communication" - English language, different levels training The project proposal completely complies with the content of Priority axis 1 "Improvement of employment access and quality of the work places" of OP HRD and covers the following investment priorities and specific goals. Investment priority No 6 Improvement of equal access to life cycle training for all age groups - formal, non-formal and unofficial, modernization of knowledge, skills and competences of the staff, encouragement of flexible training processes - including through professional orientation and validation of the acquired competences. Specific goal 3: Increase of the number of employed people working in sectors based on knowledge, high-tech and ICT, environmental friendly economics, the "white sector" and the personal service sector, processing industry with higher employment added value, art and cultural sectors, that have improved its knowledge and skills thanks to the OP HRD.
